Construction Video Update No4: May 2nd, 2012

Project Description

Craftsmen have been contracted to construct this stunning three level contemporary dwelling in Hawthorn. The architect designed home maximises the available space on a small allotment with a steep incline. Liaising closely with the architects the project requires implementation of unique build features including a full basement and lap pool whilst still allowing ample open space. The finished house will feature stunning views over the Yarra and city.

Currently under construction and due for completion late 2012 this complex project requires build spec. to the architects exacting standards. High standard finishes throughout and unique energy efficient features are inherent in the design.
