Caulfield Rebuild - Extensive Period Rebuild

Project Description

40 square+ Caulfield property situated on a large allotment of over 900sqm was virtually rebuilt with major alterations and additions. The works were carried out in keeping with the existing style of the late 1930’s property. Rear additions included kitchen and living areas, bathroom, laundry and bedrooms. The additions and extensions were constructed to seamlessly blend with the existing period structure. The standard of finishes throughout was specified to the owners exacting standards. Extensive outdoor works included creation of outdoor alfresco living space, construction of in ground pool and associated hard landscaping and paving. The project was completed on time and on budget as all Craftsmen projects are.
