Toorak Two Storey - Alterations & Additions

Project Description

Alterations and major addition to existing 1940's Toorak House. The original residence was extensively rebuilt with basement cellar, rear extension, tennis court and pool being added. The two story rear extension was over 40 squares, traditional in design to blend with the existing structure. Interior renovation included new fittings and finishings throughout including kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The outdoor area included structural architectural features across the yard area. All aspects of the project including swimming pool and tennis court construction were handled by Craftsmen.
